I just want to say what great service we have had with you (as always)… I had a trade show in America two weeks ago and had a complete nightmare with DHL and U.S etc etc and I was just wishing that DAH had a U.S.A branch.

People are quick to complain with things go wrong, so I wanted to say how brilliant your service is.
